1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of ReturnWise, a service that helps South African individuals and small businesses track deductions, raise invoices and prepare returns for SARS. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for the accuracy of the information you enter. You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement under South African law.

3. What we do and do not do

ReturnWise helps you organise your tax information and prepare your filing. It does not replace professional tax advice, and it does not guarantee any particular refund or assessment outcome. You remain responsible for what you submit to SARS.

4. Fees

Paid plans are not yet available. When they launch, the price and billing terms that apply will be shown to you before you pay.

5. Your data

We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will let you know through the app or by email.
